By entering and using the facilities at Criccieth Sauna, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

Minimum age:<\/strong> To use the sauna you must be over 18 years of age (or over 16 accompanied by a responsible adult).<\/p>\n

Health and medical conditions:<\/strong> Sauna use and cold exposure may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions, including but not limited to: heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, respiratory conditions, and other medical issues. It is your responsibility to consult with a qualified medical professional before using the sauna facilities.<\/p>\n

Pregnancy:<\/strong> Pregnant individuals are advised to consult with their healthcare provider before using the sauna. The use of the sauna during pregnancy may pose risks both to the individual and the unborn child.<\/p>\n

Hydration:<\/strong> Sauna use can lead to dehydration. It is essential to stay hydrated before, during and after sauna sessions.<\/p>\n

Prohibited activities:<\/strong> Alcohol, drugs, smoking, vaping and nudity are not permitted at Criccieth Sauna. The sauna operators reserve the right to refuse admission to individuals who are visibly intoxicated.<\/p>\n

Temperature sensitivity:<\/strong> Sauna temperatures can be high and may cause discomfort or adverse reaction for some individuals. It is your responsibility to regulate the duration and intensity of your sauna session according to your comfort level.<\/p>\n

Jewellery:<\/strong> Remove all dangling jewellery before entering the sauna, as this could heat up and cause burns.<\/p>\n

Contact lenses and glasses:<\/strong> Please remove contact lenses and glasses before using the sauna.<\/p>\n

Sauna stove:<\/strong> The stove is strictly for use by Criccieth Sauna staff only. At no time can you touch the stove, put logs in the fire, open and close the door or move the stove vents. Please ask the sauna operator and they will do this for you if needed.<\/p>\n

Sea swimming:<\/strong> All individuals entering the sea do so at their own risk. It is your own responsibility to assess the weather and sea conditions, to ensure that you are a capable swimmer and can handle being exposed to the cold temperatures and varying conditions of the sea. Be aware there is no lifeguard on duty on Criccieth beach or at Criccieth Sauna.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy:<\/strong> We can offer a full refund or reschedule your booking with 48hours or more notice. If you cancel with less than 48hours notice we are unable to offer a refund or reschedule your booking unless we have been able to fill your session. Force Majeure:<\/strong> In the unlikely event that we cannot honour your booking, this would be due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control. In this instance we will contact you via email and\/or telephone as soon as possible to offer a full refund, or to reschedule your booking.<\/p>\n

Usage guidelines:<\/strong> Please adhere to all posted guidelines and instructions for sauna use. Failure to do so may result in injury or expulsion from the sauna.<\/p>\n
