Availability and Bookings

We are normally open Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.
We offer 10 session each day (6x Communal and 4x Private).
Bookings can be made up to 60 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: Bookings are not complete until you see confirmation of the date and time of your booking on the screen after you make your payment. An email confirmation is also sent to you.

If you do not see the confirmation of the date and time after making your payment, your booking may not have been successful. Please Contact Us for assistance.

All bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Bookings can be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before your session is due to start.

To get started, please select the type of session you would like to book using the buttons below, then choose a date and time on the calendar you’ll see on the page/tab that will open.

Communal Sessions

(Start times: 8am, 12noon and 5pm)

(Start times: 9am, 2:30pm and 6pm)

Private Sessions

(Start times: 10:30am and 4pm)
